Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. Data Dimensions Invests in Its Employees’ Future and the Future of the Company with Ongoing Training

At a company like Data Dimensions, hosting training and development opportunities for its team members is essential for the performance and sustainability of the company. Our most recent course was attended over several days and concentrated on the Capture Practitioner course. Because our industry is business process automation (BPA) and heavily geared towards “paper to digital” this was a course that focused on capturing electronic documents, preserving, storing, and retrieving them in the best ways possible.

Like many companies, Data Dimensions has invested in training programs to develop the skills of its employees and enhance their job performance. Training takes place at the headquarters location. This is a very cost-effective way to deliver learning opportunities to a specialized audience. Some area companies offer employee training but it’s not directly tied to their business operations.

“We provide classes on a much smaller scale in a more intimate setting where the learning is specialized to our industry. Despite a difficult economy, our employees must always be able to adequately address the needs of our clients therefore we always budget for employee development and consider it a priority. It’s a matter of sustainability and growth,” said Jon Boumstein, President and CEO.

For the past few years, Data Dimensions has collaborated with AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) to conduct its in-house training courses. AIIM is the global community of information professionals. They provide the education, research and certification that information professionals need to manage and share information assets in an era of mobile, social, cloud and big data.

“Distance learning can be impersonal while instructor-based learning allows our team members the opportunity to ask questions and develop a better understanding of the materials. It also allows participants opportunities for personal questions and feedback.”

“The benefits outweigh the costs even for smaller businesses. Some jobs require training to comply with state or federal regulations, Data Dimensions offers classes to keep our employees engaged, competitive, and informed of all the new technology related to our industry. Ongoing training allows us to maintain a highly trained workforce,” said Boumstein.
