Connotate Expands Senior Management Team
Experienced Entrepreneurs Add Depth in Finance, Marketing and Engineering

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 02/05/13 -- Connotate, Inc., the leading provider of Web data monitoring and extraction solutions, today announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with the addition of Frank Hunt, CFO; Jeff Sacks, CMO and Bogdan Sabac, VP of engineering.

"In preparation for accelerated growth in 2013, we recruited top executive talent to help the company scale, to clearly communicate with customers and to continue to build relationships with financial partners who want to be part of our expansion," said Keith Cooper, CEO of Connotate. "Frank, Jeff and Bogdan are experts in their field as well as experienced and aggressive entrepreneurs in their own right. They have already started helping us prepare for an exciting year ahead."

As CFO, Frank Hunt is responsible for the day-to-day planning, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including investor relations. Before joining Connotate, Frank served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Reval.com, Inc., a treasury and risk management software company. Frank's prior experience also includes over 10 years leading the finance organization at Centennial Communications, a private equity-backed $1B revenue company in NJ that was acquired by AT&T in 2010 for $2B. Frank holds a BS in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and has been a CPA since 1989.

Jeff Sacks is a savvy online marketer with deep experience in online health content, financial services and consumer packaged goods -- in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. As Connotate's CMO, Jeff brings extensive management experience in championing change and is expanding the company's marketing reach at the organizational, strategic and operational levels. Jeff has consulted to major companies on Web marketing and, most recently, was executive vice president, marketing for a division of Elsevier Health Sciences. Prior to Elsevier, Jeff was a senior marketing executive at WebMD. Jeff also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

As Connotate's VP of engineering, Bogdan Sabac leads the company's development of next generation data collection and monitoring solutions. With over 15 years' experience in technology innovation and enterprise software architecture, Bogdan's recent technical leadership roles include manager of server and Web applications at ALK Technologies and co-founder and VP of engineering for Inovix Inc. Bogdan holds a M.Sc. in Image, Forms and Artificial Intelligence and a B.Sc. in Applied Electronics, and is the author or co-author of two dozen peer-reviewed research papers.
