CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/13/13 -- Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BSH) ("Bayshore" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce its intention to complete a private placement of 200,000 common shares of the Corporation ("Common Shares") at the price of $0.30 per Share for gross proceeds to the Corporation of $60,000 (the "Private Placement"). The placement is subject to Exchange approval, and Shares issued under the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period.

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund the Corporation's ongoing work program in its Saskatchewan oil and gas properties and for general corporate purposes.
