Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

Mezeo Software Quietly Racks up Contracts
The company claims it saw a supply-and-demand inflection point last year, after it effectively re-launched its software

Box, Dropbox, Citrix' ShareFile and whatever other consumer file storing-and-sharing point solutions are selling these days, however successfully, are threatened by next-generation cloud-scale middleware developments focused on unstructured data that can promise the enterprise IT department at least some semblance of the real security it's currently looking for.

One of those developments comes from a five-year-old Texas company called Mezeo Software that's effectively been in stealth mode for a long time and is quietly racking up contracts with a fistful of big Asian and European telecoms to supply customized cloud-based files, sync and sharing widgetry to their hoards of consumers.

Aside from resellers and service providers, it's also got Dell and NetApp in its corner now and may charm some of the other big three-letter names soon in light of the BYOD explosion their customers are experiencing.

It's got its boosters talking about its cloud storage software as "rolling thunder."

The company claims it saw a supply-and-demand inflection point last year, after it effectively re-launched its software and its revenues jumped 350%.

Since then Mezeo says it's started to bump into EMC's Atmos widgetry.

It's now going after the increasingly risk-adverse and price-sensitive enterprise although it didn't mean to originally.

It can offer them integrated governance-compliant file sync and sharing through its REST APIs that works behind their firewalls using their own servers and their own security.

They can also dream up new collaborative cloud services.

The widgetry is engineered around the Cloud Data Management Interface (CDMI), an ISO standard for how applications interact with data in the cloud.

MezeoCloud runs on industry standard infrastructure and enables organizations to turn traditional storage into secure, highly available cloud storage by exposing a series of open and industry standard APIs with rich services.

MezeoFile is a family of secure file sync-and-share clients that give users access and collaboration capabilities from their Windows, Mac, smartphone, tablet or browser interface. MezeoFile data can be made accessible to other APIs via CDMI.

One of the fascinating contracts Mezeo has won is to protect Hollywood scripts, a serious IP hoard that needs to be shared on the QT with 300,000 people.

Mezeo's lightweight but massively parallel turnkey software, which works on both public and private clouds, is patented as you might expect, and easily integrates with other software such as billing, identification and Outlook. It can manage most interfaces and supports Linux and both physical and virtual systems.
