In the article you mentioned the low power benefit, and mentioned the HP computer, as low cost solution, but I think that our product the Cubox that Costs 120$ and needs only 3 Watt of power could be another excellent solution.

Realty Austin Expansion Enables Hyper-Local Service to Customers
Local Real Estate Brokerage Expands Footprint in Austin Marketplace by Opening New Offices; Names Quartet of Market Managers to Lead

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Austin, an award-winning Austin-based real estate brokerage, announces its expansion plans in key areas of the Austin marketplace. Driven by its service-oriented mission and need to house its growing team, the company will open two additional offices in Northwest Austin and Southwest Austin in 2013 adding to its existing Downtown (Central), Westlake, and Lake Travis locations.

Founded in 2004, the company has enjoyed tremendous success while strategically growing its team of 170 high producing local agents. The additional locations fortify Realty Austin's presence in Austin and provides customers hands-on access to its customer service-oriented team.

Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, "Our expansion plans are perfectly timed with the recovery in the Austin housing market. In 2012 we saw a 25% explosion in local housing demand, and we grew our business by 48%. In the past we have predominantly been a virtual office, online driven company. This expansion gets us closer to our customers, and closer to our agents, so we can cater our services to the unique needs of these communities. We are proud of our success and continued growth, and we attribute it to the team we've assembled who continue to drive us daily toward reaching our goals."

Jolene Weinstein, who was hired in 2012 to spearhead the Lake Travis office, is joined by three new market managers: Romeo Manzanilla, Northwest; Jennifer Korba, Central; and Marc Warshawsky, Southwest. These four, who have decades of proven experience and industry acumen, will serve as the company's first point of contact in the newly established sub-markets.

Boatwright continued, "Ease of integration, visible presence, and convenience for customers were key factors in selecting our new locations. We couldn't be more excited to delve deeper into these communities and get involved at a hyper-local level."

The new workspaces are well-located in Class A retail space. True to its homegrown roots, Realty Austin sourced to local companies to continue its modern, contemporary office design. Kelle Contine Interior Design and Michael Schembri's Artwork is featured in all new and existing offices.

Renovations are near completion at Realty Austin - Southwest which is located at 4301 William Cannon, Building K, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78749 on the southwest corner of Mopac and William Cannon.  New construction began in February on the building housing Realty Austin - Northwest at the southeast corner of Avery Ranch and Parmer Lane.
