Regulatory News:

Cision AB (publ) (STO:CSN) today announces that Hans Gieskes is stepping down as President and CEO of Cision. He is succeeded by Peter Granat, currently CEO of Cision North America, effective immediately.

Peter Granat will remain in his role as CEO for the business in North America.

“Since Hans Gieskes came to Cision at a critical time in 2008, he has been instrumental in the transformation of the company into a well-positioned market leader.
