Fort Collins Club Now Offering TRX Classes

FORT COLLINS, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Fort Collins Club is a premier Fort Collins fitness club and full-service health center that strives to address each of their members' personal fitness goals, needs, and styles. TRX training is a revolutionary approach to fitness training and Fort Collins Club is proud to offer TRX classes for those that are serious about their fitness goals.

TRX Suspension Training is a fitness class in which gravity and your own body weight is used to recruit and work many muscles at the same time. TRX workouts include cardio and strength training elements and can be adapted to all fitness levels.

Fort Collins Club is now offering one hour TRX fitness classes in their new TRX room, located through the door to the left of the climbing wall. The cost is $10 per class and participants can register and prepay at the front desk.

Monday - 12:15 p.m. (with Vivian) and 5:30 p.m. (with Wendy)

Tuesday - 8:15 a.m. (with Brooke) and noon (with Stacey)

Thursday - 8:15 a.m. (with Wendy)

Saturday - 9:45 a.m. (with Kelly)
