CHICAGO, Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The global recycling equipment group owned by the Burda family has renewed effort for mini shredding systems for under 1 million with many designs in the $250,000 range for the recycling industry.

Data shown on the website shows may layouts for a multi shred system with a dual wash line that can provide a MULT function use to shred plastic and other waste materials in large volumes with a wash line to clean dirty material for upgrade.

The need in the industry for more automated lines to take bales of scrap metal and plastic and shred for upgrade or in the case of plastic wash the material for further processing and upgrade needs.

The concept designed by the Burda Group in 1970 is to take bales of material or even bulky items such as tires, pallets, fridges, stoves, and shred for volume reduction and upgrade. The need for many items such as plastic must be washed to ensure proper upgrade for the world market.

We have found that if materials are not shredder or shredded and washed then the final end product can not be resold or accepted by China or other countries.

The industry should start to understand that industrial shredding systems are not all large but in most cases they are larger than most people understand.

Small shredders have a place in our industry but large shredders are often needed to take the place of a small shredder to endure the duty cycle or the shredding application of the task.

The pictures on the website and many of the Burda Group company sites show layouts of shredder and rasper designs that have been installed around the world including the US Army and US Air Force for the shredding tires in Iraq to a wire free recycled form.

The systems offered in our data sheets shown on the website involve designs using a single and dual shredder layout with or without wash lines.

Most shredding of scrap metal is processed into a fist size chunk and allow the removal of contaminants and other items such as rocks and dirt and grit.

The dual shred line 3D layout is shown at and also at in multiple configurations where the primary shredder is fed in a horizontal or vertical mode.

The mode of feeding will vary but this standard design for feeding can change from a horizontal mode feed system for the primary shredder to a vertical mode for the primary or secondary shredder.

The pictures of the system shown on the website outline some of the variations of a horizontal feed system for plastic pipe processing and bulk plastic bale processing or even carpet shredding and mattress shredding for recycling of these materials.

Shredders are not expensive if you find the right company and shredders of the past are not the same as the shredders made today by group such as ours with patented low hp high torque designs.

They are called slow speed shear type shredders.

Other designs of shredders are called raspers.

Other designs of shredders are called single shaft grinders.

Other designs of shredders are called vertical grinders.

The company makes all types of shredders and does not offer just one design but multiple designs and machines to handle the task of shredding.

No one machine can do it all.

Everyone that make shredders must have a diversified shredder family in their design packages.

The only difference is that most shredder groups do not have multiple lines to offer.

That limits the selection for clients.

Most do not understand that their selection may be wrong.

Most groups do not understand linear design systems.

Most shredding systems bought today are not using the best design.
