StrikeForce Signs Contracts With Two International Distributors to Sell Its Identity Theft Prevention Products & Services Throughout Latin America

EDISON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/25/06 -- StrikeForce Technologies (OTCBB: SKFT), a company

it had signed contracts with two new distributors to sell its identity
theft prevention products and services throughout Latin America.

China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, North America, South

Newly signed 2R Datatel (located in Rio De Janeiro) and LM Sistemas
(located in San Paulo) will be distributing StrikeForce's identity theft
