AT&T has collaborated with SAP AG to offer a suite of products for businesses to develop, manage and secure mobile applications.
The partnership will leverage a SAP mobile application development platform and provide AT&T customers a wide range of enterprise-class mobility management offerings from both companies, AT&T said Tuesday.
Chris Hill, AT&T senior vice president of advanced solutions, said the company works to help organizations mobilize their business processes.
"For everything from mobile security for the world of BYOD, to mobile apps built using our mobile platform, SAP's vision is to intelligently unwire the planet," said Kevin Ichhpurani, SAP senior vice president of business development and ecosystem innovation.
AT&T says the portfolio is meant to serve as a one-stop-shop for companies looking to build apps faster.
