Jeff brings 22 years of experience and critical expertise to the firm's growing Ecology & Sediment Management practice. Jeff's consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest over the past decade has focused on ecological risk assessment and ecotoxicology, especially in the areas of ecosystem dynamics, biodiversity assessment, marine biology, fisheries and aquatic habitat restoration, forest and watershed management, and endangered species act compliance. He has served both public and private clients in addressing natural resource and toxicology-related issues associated with NRDA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and ESA compliance requirements. Jeff recently returned to the Pacific Northwest after concluding a two-year appointment as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), where he was posted as a Foreign Service Environmental Science Officer for the US Department of State.

Adrian's 23 years of experience in energy and carbon management enhance ENVIRON's existing capabilities in this arena and strengthen our ability to serve clients in North America and worldwide. Recent developments such as California's AB 32 Global Warming Solutions Act highlight the value of Adrian's expertise in the increasingly crucial carbon management and energy efficiency arenas. Before joining ENVIRON, he spent five years working with Terasen Gas in Vancouver. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with a UK environmental consulting firm, where he led a multidisciplinary team developing and implementing energy usage reduction strategies on several large projects conducted on behalf of a variety of commercial and industrial clients. He has completed environmental and engineering projects around the globe. A Qualified Engineer in Canada, he is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and the Canadian Institute of Energy.
