XMLSPY for VS.NET Speeds Development on .NET Platform

(June 24, 2003) - Altova showcased their XML development tools - including a sneak preview of the new XMLSPY plug-in for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET - at Microsoft's TechEd 2003. The new integration features XMLSPY's XML editing views and development utilities directly accessible within the Visual Studio .NET development environment. "The availability of the XMLSPY plug-in for Visual Studio .NET, will substantially enhance productivity for the Microsoft developer community in designing, implementing, and testing advanced XML and Web service applications, by offering the industry-leading XML development environment running inside Microsoft's own .NET developer product," said Alexander Falk, president and CEO of Altova Inc. Altova engineers also demonstrated the power of the new XMLSPY 5 Enterprise Edition Release 4, which includes XML development features for Microsoft developers, including C# code generation, XML Schema editing, and XSLT debugging.
