Macromedia, Allaire in Joint Development Effort
(Washington, DC) - Macromedia, Inc., and Allaire Corp. have announced plans to jointly develop a tool-kit that will enable Allaire ColdFusion and JRun developers to use the user interface and media capabilities of the Macromedia Flash Player. The toolkit, code named Harpoon, will provide developers with a set of common user interface controls for Web applications built with ColdFusion and JRun servers. SYS-CON Names Silverman VP, Marketing and Sales, Wireless Business & Technology
