Project Insight augments its portfolio reporting by providing graphical displays of its cross-project, milestone, and task-level reports. Executives may create, save, and share graphical dashboards to display key portfolio status information upon login.

Project managers may also run project status reports that pull data dynamically from the software in real time. They may add status comments and use these reports in project management status meetings. Task level status reports are also included for task team members and project managers to review.
