Chuang Promises "Full Transparency" To BEA Shareholders
All of its delinquent filings are now filed with the SEC, BEA's president and CEO confirmed

'The completion of these filings is an important step forward, and we remain committed to the best governance practices and providing our shareholders with full transparency of our accounting,' said Alfred Chuang, president and CEO of BEA Systems, as he announced on Thursday that BEA has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) all of its delinquent filings and believes it is in compliance with NASDAQ's listing requirements.
