Betts will report to Glenn MacRill, VP of North American Sales & Services, and brings with her over 12 years of professional experience in the energy industry.

Before joining LODESTAR, Betts was Senior Sales Executive at SunGard Energy, a risk management software vendor in the energy market. Prior to working at SunGard Energy, she was VP of European Professional Services at Caminus Corporation, a software provider to the energy marketplace. Betts has held prior positions at other corporations, including Altra Energy and Triple Point.

Betts started her career with AspenTech and has extensive experience in business development and account management. She is a graduate of the University of Houston.
