Regional Commercialization Conference Set for Dec. 11

The New Jersey Technology Council and supporting organizations from the
Mid-Atlantic Commercialization Consortium, determined not to allow that to
happen here, will focus on the topic of commercializing technologies at the
Regional Commercialization Conference set for
The conference will bring together an invited audience of university tech transfer officers, entrepreneurs and investors to present and hear presentations of technologies on the commercially ready pathway.
In addition to presentations from participating universities, the daylong
conference will feature two exciting speakers including Dr.
Panels will focus on the topics of investment, featuring venture capitalists, angel investors, and license/business development officers, who will discuss what they look for from very early stage technology and life science companies; and Success Stories, which will feature a technology company, PlasmaSol, and a life science company, PTC Therapeutics. Representatives from these two successful firms will discuss the path from university to commercialization.
