Genius Inside announced several important product unveilings for Genius Project and Genius Project4Domino:

• Genius Project Version 2.0 and Genius Project4Domino Version 6.0. Heading the list of new capabilities are an invoicing module that speeds calculation and creation of invoices, and enhanced portfolio tools that let managers build and analyze their project portfolios according to up to four hierarchical levels.
• A new IBM Lotus Domino Timesheet Reporting Add-On for Research in Motion Blackberry users.
• Spanish language versions of Genius Project and Genius Project4Domino, for users in Latin American countries.
• Genius Project4Domino in Genius Inside's PPM software suite for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino and Web use. Genius Project4Domino covers the phases of a project as well as management of documents related to a project. Genius Project is the equivalent SaaS product, delivered on-demand via the Internet for users without Lotus Notes and Domino.

Multiple Version Improvements
Genius Project V2.0 and Genius Project4Domino V6.0 feature an updated interface with improved graphics and navigation. Several modules have been expanded as well. For example, the Genius Planner module offers a new look and feel plus the ability to import and export XML data to Microsoft Project. In addition, the Genius Planner now expands the constraint management capability to include planning timelags.

Expanded Project Portfolio Management
The expanded project portfolio capability allows managers to track and analyze investments in a project according to their choice of hierarchies. By organizing a project in a hierarchical structure, it is easier to summarize budget, cost and resource data. Hierarchies can be set by division, business unit, program and project, for example, with controls available at each level of responsibility.

New Invoicing Module
The invoicing module allows users to automatically generate periodic invoices based on contract parameters such as hours worked, materials used, licensing fees, expenses and more. Margins can be pre-set for automatic markup as needed.

Enhanced Project Tracking
In the Project Tracking module, Genius Project V2.0 and Project4Domino V6.0 now support technical follow-up. This capability allows users to accurately monitor both the base progress and technical progress of a given project.

Timesheets and Expenses Module for RIM BlackBerry
Genius Project4Domino users can now easily keep up with timesheets, expense reports and other routine paperwork anytime, from any location, with the new Blackberry reporting add-on. Able to interface with any version of Project4Domino, the add-on tool lets consultants, field workers and road warriors enter hours, expenses and other expenditures directly into the PPM suite from their Blackberry device, according to the project or projects underway at a given time.
