Flash Player 10 will soon be introduced on high-end mobile phones, Adobe announced during the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Adobe also announced today the availability of the Flash Lite 3.1 Distributable Player, an over-the-air mobile runtime which is available immediately as a public beta. Adobe will be porting Flash 10 to practically every smartphone OS - including Windows Mobile, Android, Symbian and Palm Pre platforms by the end of 2009 - except the iPhone, which will disappoint many iPhone developers.
