Smith also served in multiple roles at Xerox Corporation where she rose from Product Team Manager to Vice President/General Manager, ultimately serving as Chief Marketing Officer.

Smith's roster of accomplishments also includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands and additional executive management education from Smith College and Northwestern University.
