StrikeForce Signs Contracts With Two International Distributors to Sell Its Identity Theft Prevention Products & Services Throughout Latin America
StrikeForce's Worldwide Anti-Fraud Reseller Channel Expands

EDISON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/25/06 -- StrikeForce Technologies (OTCBB: SKFT), a company that specializes in the prevention of identity theft, today announced that it had signed contracts with two new distributors to sell its identity theft prevention products and services throughout Latin America.

"Our worldwide distributor channel is expanding, we now have distributors gearing up to sell our identity theft prevention products and services in China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, North America, South America, Latin America and Mexico," says Manoel Baiao, VP of Global Distribution "I'm very pleased that our plan to be distributed in more than 20 countries by year end is ahead of schedule."

Newly signed 2R Datatel (located in Rio De Janeiro) and LM Sistemas (located in San Paulo) will be distributing StrikeForce's identity theft products in Brazil and Latin America. "We are pleased to add these companies to our growing distributor portfolio," says Manoel Baiao. "They have been very successful selling products and services into banks and financial service institutions, large organizations, government agencies and the national telcos. They have technical expertise, motivated salespeople, an impressive client base and they have the necessary resources to market and sell our products. What more could you ask for?"

"The Brazilian cyber crime landscape is even more treacherous than North America's. Fraud is one of the main concerns of financial institutions in Latin America. Banks, credit card companies and mobile phone operators are all in search of new products that can provide a safe transaction environment for using the existing cellular network," said Mark Kay, CEO of StrikeForce Technologies. "Fraudsters there have developed the world's most advanced phishing, spyware and keylogging threats, and well-organized criminal groups are siphoning millions of dollars monthly. We expect our current activities in Brazil to lower the country's cyber crime losses and result in significant revenues to StrikeForce in the coming months and years," says Mark Kay.
